Noah Scanlon M.A.

Everyone comes into therapy with their own unique set of life experiences and challenges. Noah values taking a collaborative approach to work with you to create the best therapy environment for you to succeed. Therapy is a personal process; as such he prioritizes  bringing empathy and kindness into the therapy room.

Noah has experience working with a wide variety of mental health diagnoses; he has undergone extended training to work with anxiety related disorders (i.e. generalized anxiety, phobias, OCD), trauma, and depression. Regardless of diagnosis, Noah wants to create a treatment plan specific to you and your goals, in order to get the best experience for you. He tends to take a psychodynamic or cognitive-behavioral (CBT) approach to therapy, and  integrates person-centered therapy concepts.

Noah has experience working with adults across their lifespan and with different life experiences. He has had the opportunity to work with adults across the lifespan, with a wide variety of circumstances. Everyone has their own unique story! Noah enjoys working with clients to help them lead happier and healthier lives.

 

Noah also conducts ADHD evaluations for adolescents and adults questioning whether or not they have ADHD, or wishing to find out why their experience is uniquely challenging.
