I take a holistic approach to therapy. I believe health and happiness happen when a person has mental, physical, and relational balance. I work with children five or older and adults of all backgrounds and orientations. I am an ally with the LGBTQ+ and immigrant communities. I have worked in homes, communities, schools, and residential treatment with a wide diversity of people. I am a Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider and incorporate nutrition as part of treatment.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my husband and two children.
