Our Offices
The Cabot offices are located on the third floor of the Ireys Mansion, originally built in 1910 and beautifully remodeled to maintain the original charm of the house while being upgraded for modern usage.
Upon entering the front door, please use the main staircase to walk up to the third floor. Cabot offices take up the entire third floor so have a seat in the comfortable waiting area and your clinician will be out to see you for your appointed session. There is no need to check-in for your appointment at the main desk for appointments in Minneapolis.
Parking
There are free parking spaces within feet of the main front door as well as overflow parking in the adjacent Hennepin Avenue United Methodist Church. In addition, local street parking is available free of charge, with some spaces limiting parking time to ninety minutes.
Handicap Accessibility
If you are unable to use the stairs to reach the third-floor offices, please let your clinician know prior to your appointment and arrangements can be made to meet in the conference room on the first floor.
Gender-Neutral Bathroom
There are two gender-neutral bathrooms located on the second floor and another on the first floor.
