Do you want to find a sense of normalcy and predictability in your life? Experiencing life in the moment, fully present, and being able to respond in ways which leave you feeling full? Reconnecting with your friends, family, and yourself?
I am here to walk with you toward these goals. I believe that there is not one route for human growth, learning, and resiliency. Meeting you where you’re at while using your values and strengths in working towards your goals is what you can expect in our work together. I know that all behavior serves a purpose, even negative behaviors. I’ll help you find ways to get your needs met while behaving in ways which align with your values.
I utilize a down-to-earth, straightforward approach which incorporates evidence-supported practices in working towards your goals in a non-judgmental way. I enjoy working with individual adults experiencing
co-occurring disorders, substance use, anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia.
In my personal time I enjoy getting outside and being surrounded by nature; be that camping, hiking, biking, or reflecting. When I’m at home you can usually find me in a sunny window with whatever thriller novel I’m currently reading.
