Taylor is personally and professional attuned to social justice issues, and understand that individual hardships are very much intertwined with historical and current sociopolitical issues. Naturally, they integrate this focus with a person-centered, humanistic and trauma-informed approach. Taylor also draws from their experience in integrating Internal Family Systems and non-violent communication to better understand clients’ specific needs, as well as work jointly with clients to create both an increased understanding of and compassion for themselves.

They are looking forward to learn about their clients and help them gain insight into their unique life experience, enabling them to arrive at their own conclusions as the experts on their life experience. No matter a client’s reason for seeking therapy, their curiosity and ambition to connect with others drive their psychotherapeutic practice. They hope to work as a team with clients to help actualize in their own strength in coping with life’s various challenges. Taylor operates from a compassionate and nonjudgmental approach, and understands that there is no such thing as a “one size fits all” in their practice, offering that the therapeutic space also serves as a neurodivergence-affirming space as well.

Their special interests include working with adults and individuals who identify with the LGBTQ2+ community, those who are, or suspect they are, on the autism/ADHD spectrum, and those who have experienced trauma. Taylor also has experience working alongside those with identity concerns, depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, and those who live with chronic illness or who are physically disabled.
